Do they have libel laws in America?
I post about this every now and then, but I just updated my Pinboard account with a few dozen more articles that represent the best of what I’ve been reading over the last few months. Check it out if you’re running low (which, I know, none of you are).
I periodically link to this (that’s because it’s constantly updated), but there are some brilliant articles over on my Pinboard account at the moment. If you have a few minutes and feel like learning a thing or two, try Wells Tower’s (now-tragic) profile of Mitt Romney from the US election campaign, or this New Yorker essay on the K-pop industry.

Hey! You there! I finally updated my online bookmarks, and they’re a treat if I do say so myself. I try not to collate articles here if I can help it (though I can’t resist quotes, as you’ll have noticed), but to date there are dozens of pieces that are either important, clever, funny, or a mix of the three over there. If you’re looking for things to read (and you should always be looking for things to read), have a look.
One of this afternoon’s menial tasks was to spruce up my Pinboard bookmarks so they’d be presentable for the real world again. You can find them at the link above. There are a lot of articles over there that you should read, and one or two other gems that are worth looking at again and again.
