Watched: How To Train Your Dragon (2010).

This was sweet! This film had some lovely things to say about the way we approach the natural world, and had some lovely father-son moments (which always kill me; I’m looking at you, A Knight’s Tale), and the voice cast managed to find the line between alternative and not cloyingly “cool” for the sake of a few big names. Not much to say aside from that - it’s solid, it’s good, I teared up once or twice, and it was perfectly okay with just being silly every now and then. That’s more than enough.
