I wrote the first thousand words of this one tonight, and it was a breeze. Maybe because I know the ending, or maybe because it’s split into three discrete, mirroring parts, but this feels like the simplest one I’ve had to write while still (hopefully) keeping enough of a surprise as you go along. If I really get my head down, I might have this done in a week. I’ll explain a bit more about it soon.

(Also: with this one, it’s the strongest case possible for changing the story titles. Farming really isn’t that relevant to this story.)
