Played: Borderlands 2
I finally finished this, after botching one campaign with the Assassin class and playing the whole thing through with the DLC Mechromancer class. It’s fun! It still suffers from the same issues that the first game suffers from - quite a lot of filler, best played with others, environments being reused for different purposes etc. - but at the same time, it has been improved. It’s prettier, for one. And the core plot actually has some substance. Oh, and the perks are fantastic. It’s mostly mindless fun, but at least it is fun.
I’m going to play something where you don’t shoot other things now, though. My right trigger finger’s all but broken.
